Zharif Johor

Managing Director

A visionary young entrepreneur,  Zharif Johor is the Managing Director (MD) of Satria Group who have acquired knowledge and experience first-hand within the entrepreneurship and business industry.  He kick started his career as an entrepreneur at an early age of 17 years old whilst running his own business, and had a corporate exposure thereafter for a challenging role. With a proven record of management efficiency while serving his tenure with an FMCG company, he continues with his passion on becoming an entrepreneur that lead him to venture into the business world. Zharif juggles between managing his fast growing businesses and being the Head of Secretary in a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) as an advocate and activist to human rights vide helping the local community to thrive in life. In his position with the well-known local NGO, he is heavily involved in the organization’s charity work and provides advisory on overall management and operation division. ‘Trust The Process’, is one of his favourite quotes. Things may not be in favour, but when you put your best effort and mind into it, you will be amazed with the outcome success. Zharif is currently sitting for an MBA in Open University Malaysia (OUM) and he strongly believes that consistency and never ending learning is the key to success.

Sriluli Hutami Aisah

Finance Director

In charge of leading and managing all finance functions within the group of companies, Sriluli Hutami Aisah holds a position as our Finance Director (FD) with Satria Group. With her passion and strength in finance & audit, she effectively leading the overall group of companies’ financial and internal audit aspects. She is a goal oriented and a career driven women bearing responsibilities on strategizing business financial goals and growth while ensuring the stability of company’s long-term financial health and potentials. Born and raised in Palembang, Indonesia, Luli made her first step in Malaysia as a student in University Utara Malaysia (UUM) and decided to pursue her career in Malaysia where bigger opportunities lies ahead for her personal and career growth. She is one of the inspiring woman that carved her name in the space that she has created and made us all believe that there is no limitations to become successful in life.

Sriluli Hutami Aisah

Finance Director

In charge of leading and managing all finance functions within the group of companies, Sriluli Hutami Aisah holds a position as our Finance Director (FD) with Satria Group. With her passion and strength in finance & audit, she effectively leading the overall group of companies’ financial and internal audit aspects. She is a goal oriented and a career driven women bearing responsibilities on strategizing business financial goals and growth while ensuring the stability of company’s long-term financial health and potentials. Haiqal Asmawy

Operation Director

Being with the company since 2016, Haiqal Asmawy is our Operations Director (OD) who is spearheading the operation division as a whole. As an Operations Director, Haiqal Asmawy manage our daily activities for the company by overseeing several departments. He is responsible for directing actions across an organization and direct manager & leader to improve efficiency and reduce costs as needed. Graduated from the University in KL, he has acquired a bachelor in Business Management and has been in the working industry for about 10 years. Having the experience and as a leader, his role includes directing and controling all internal operational employees to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained and carry out their responsibilities to the required standard. During his past time he would enjoy riding his big bike for leisure and long-rides within the states.

Haiqal Ab Ghani

Operation Director

Being with the company since 2016, Haiqal Ab Ghani is our Operations Director (OD) who is spearheading the operation division as a whole. As an Operations Director, Haiqal Ab Ghani manage our daily activities for the company by overseeing several departments. He is responsible for directing actions across an organization and direct manager & leader to improve efficiency and reduce costs as needed. Graduated from the University in KL, he has acquired a bachelor in Business Management and has been in the working industry for about 10 years. Anis Najwa

Senior Leader

For one of the pioneer employee in this company, Anis is our Senior Leader cum Payroll Manager who started her career at a Non-Executive position back in 2016 with Satria Group Sdn Bhd. With a Sociology & Anthropology education background from IIUM, her core focus of daily task would be budgeting & financial planning for the accounting department. When wearing her payroll manager’s hat, she is responsible for talent budget planning, overseeing the company’s policies & procedures for employees insurance and heavily involve in overall staff performance review for promotions, transfers & termination. With her favorite quote from Brian Tracy that says “There are no limits to what you can accomplish, except the limits you place on your own thinking”, she has a clear career goals with strong leadership skills. Anis always put others before herself and has empathy towards others especially those in hardship which makes her a very approachable leader deemed by employees to share their matters on work or personal related matter. She welcomes whoever come to her for advice and believes by being a good listener we could build a harmonic working environment from a diverse group of people.

Anis Najwa

Senior Leader

As an Operations Senior Manager, Sarah have obtained her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Management with Multimedia) from the Multimedia University (MMU). Her career in Satria Group begins where she joined in as an internal company secretary back in 2017. With a strong leadership character that was developed and polished throughout her service, she then became a Group Senior Leader after 2 years of employment and was promoted to an Operation Senior Manager 4 years thereafter. Having the responsibility as one of the decision makers and think tank in the company, she always promotes work perfection in every task conducted within the business. She is responsible in the aspect of management and operation activities including managing projects, streamline works, cost management to make sure the company’s growth and can provide an excellent service to clients.

An ‘in-house doctor’ and our Head of Business Development, Humairah Mustaffa. She is a doctor of medicine (MD) graduated from USU, Indonesia. A leader with strong interpersonal skills, Humairah decided to change her career landscape to follow her dreams and passion in business world. Her career started with Satria Group where she glides wonderfully from a non-executive to the Head of Department aligned with her outstanding performance and existing talent in business. The BODs have entrusted her to lead the whole department and as a right main to the MD. She provides overall business planning and marketing strategy for revenue generation to the company. She successfully manages projects, a systematic flow set-up and arrangement of digital platforms, appointment systems to facilitate multiple accounts and end users. She believed that “If ones focus on something then they can achieve everything. Your focus determines your reality!”.

Mohd Azuwan

Head Of IT Department

As an IT and Technology graduate, Azuwan is our Head of IT department. He leads our IT Team on developing and maintaining IT Services and Infrastructures of Satria Group Sdn Bhd. He has more than 12 years of IT experience mainly on web development and devops. He has a broad knowledge in technology industry and being trendy when it comes to computer programming, new technology and have a passion in Investment and martial arts.  He has excellent leadership and interpersonal skills that inspires his team to give their best and most importantly driving the team’s motivation and problem-solving. With a self-starter attitude and critical thinking, he is known as a hard-working colleague and a problem solving-man. With the emerging of web 3.0 and other new technology, he continuously equipped himself with the technical knowledge and sharing it amongst his peers.

Mohd Azuwan

Head Of IT Department

As an IT and Technology graduate, Azuwan is our Head of IT department. He leads our IT Team on developing and maintaining IT Services and Infrastructures of Satria Group Sdn Bhd. He has more than 12 years of IT experience mainly on web development and devops. He has a broad knowledge in technology industry and being trendy when it comes to computer programming, new technology and have a passion in Investment and martial arts.  He has excellent leadership and interpersonal skills that inspires his team to give their best and most importantly driving the team’s motivation and problem-solving. With a self-starter attitude and critical thinking, he is known as a hard-working colleague and a problem solving-man. With the emerging of web 3.0 and other new technology, he continuously equipped himself with the technical knowledge and sharing it amongst his peers.

Fariddy Muhammad

Head Of Ops Department

As an expatriate from Indonesia, Fariddy Muhammad is leading the Operation department as an Operations Manager. Graduated with first-class distinction in Bachelor of Nuclear Engineering from a renowned higher learning institution in Indonesia, Universitas Gadjah Mada, he joined Satria Group back in 2016. His daily routine comprises of overseeing operational activities at every level our organization, hiring and training employees while managing quality assurance programs. He strategizes process improvements to ensure tasks completeness and meeting any deadlines for the team. Having passion in New technology and system, his core value is loyalty and efficiency where he creates a system which requires minimum resource of input while resulting a highest output. He works twice as hard and efficiently for a great result not only for him but for the benefits of his team. As a man coming from an engineering background, he applies his knowledge for the betterment of company.

Fariddy Muhammad

Aisyah Tan

Head Of Finance Department

An aspiring young accountant, Aisyah Tan is leading the daily operations of Account & Finance department as a Finance Manager. With her passion in accounting and in pursuit of being a chartered accountant, she obtained her professional Certified Accounting Technician (CAT) certificate in 2017 and currently sitting for Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) certification. She embarked on her first professional career as an Audit Associate in a dependant audit firm for 2 years.  In 2019, she joined Satria Group Sdn Bhd as an Account Executive where her role requires her to manage the company’s set of account. She has systematically and effectively managed 16 accounts simultaneously for our group of companies. During her service with our company and upon showcasing her potential, she was given a mandate to oversees preparation of business activity reports, produced monthly financial reports to the Board of Directors and annual budget apart from managing the daily operations of accounting & finance department for Satria Group and its subisidiaries’.

Abbas is our Human Resources Senior Executive, who brings with him for over 13 years of strategic talent management, HR Compliance, recruitment & operations in human resources field. He had a fair bit or exposure in both local and international MNC companies within a very diverse sectors such oil & gas and retail telecommunications prior joining in Satria Group Sdn Bhd. He obtained his Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management back in 2008 from University Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN). He manages, lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
